The college has a big library with more than seven thousand books besides a number of journals, magazines and newspapers published both in Assamese and English. For using the library books students must abide by the library rules which are as follows :

i. Students must acquire ‘Library Card’ which must be produced for borrowing, library books.
ii. Students must return borrowed books after one week from date of issue, or can get them renewed for one more week only. No student can retain library books for more than 15 days. Otherwise of which fine will be imposed for each additional day. However, this may be relaxed for poor students if applied to the principal beforehand.
iii. In case of loss or damage of library books, the borrower will have to return similar new copy/copies of the same or pay the total cost fixed by the authority.
iv. Students are not allowed to enter the library with bags etc.
v. No, admit card will be issued to students who fail to return library books before end semester examinations
