ADMISSION PROCEDURE
As per the directive from Govt. of Assam on 7th June, 2020, all the fresh admission is held through online mode only. No offline forms are issued by the college authority to the candidates.
The college prepares a merit list on the basis of the received online admission form and it is published in college website. The college has an admission committee,comprising of teachers and office staffs, looks after the smooth functioning of admission process and the decision of the committee is the final in this regard. The admission is liable to be cancelled for those who will submit wrong/misleading information in the online admission form. Date of admission is notified through college website.
A candidate must require the following documents to be uploaded for Admission:
- Marksheet and Certificate of last qualifying examination
- HSLC (10th Pass) Admit Card showing date of birth/ Birth Certificate.
- Caste Certificate (wherever necessary).
- Disability Certificate (If required).
- Gap Certificate for those who have discontinued their studies after passing HS or
equivalent examination - Migration Certificate for those who have passed HS or equivalent examination from
outside Assam or other than AHSEC. - Certificate of Co-curricular activities.
- Scanned image (JPEG/PDF) of own signature and photograph.
- Contact details of Father/ Legal guardian.
- After completion of admission process, the candidate has to personally collect their admission receipt from the college.
N.B: Reservation is followed as per the guidelines provided by the Government of India and Government of Assam.
